Ordering

Jayanne gets booked up really quickly, its advised to book your cake as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Ideally 4 weeks before an Occasion, or 6 months before a Wedding. However we know this is not always possible so please let Jayanne know, as she may be able to accommodate you for a last minute order. Email & telephone are our best way of contact for all occasion cakes. Jays Clever Cakes offer personalised one to one service, offering wedding consultations to the Bride & Groom if required.

Payment and deposits

50% of the full cost quoted for of all celebration cakes is required on booking, and the balance at the time of collection / delivery.
50% of the full cost of wedding cakes is required on booking, and the outstanding balance is due 2 weeks prior to the specified wedding date. This secures your date and Jayanne will not take on any other orders. Your deposit is non refundable.

Refunds

There are no refunds given on cancellation for any cake. Refunds will only be given if Jays Clever Cakes is responsible for an unforeseen change of circumstances. We reserve the right to make this decision at our discretion. The refund will never exceed the total amount received by Jays Clever Cakes.

Delivery Charge: £20

We offer delivery service for customers within the six mile radius from Isleworth, TW7, so no one can miss out on Jays Clever Cakes. Cakes are carefully delivered by our own dedicated team, and come boxed and safe for further transport. Please note, not all cakes can be delivered, e.g., tower chocolate cakes and bou cakes but the majority can. Just ask!
We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. We can deliver to your neighbour's house, please specify their address. Alternatively collection is free from our shop in Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7.

Special Dietary Requirements

We know how important allergies and special diets can be, we can help with egg-less, vegetarian, celiac, diabetic, vegan etc. If you have a special dietary requirement that is not listed above, please feel free to discuss this with Jayanne.

All cakes are made fresh with Vanilla Bean Butter cream and Raspberry Jam, with several rotating layers, please choose from below if you would like to try something different.

• Traditional Fruit Cake soaked in finest brandy with golden marzipan
• Nutty Carrot Cake filled with silky cream cheese filling
• Luscious Lemon Cake with light fluffy zesty lemon butter cream filling
• Moist Chocolate Cake with finest belgian chocolate ganache (our most popular)
• Chilly Chocolate Cake with belgian chocolate ganache filling
• Chocolate Orange Cake with zesty orange chocolate ganache filling

Cake Storage & Shelf Life

All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface, never put cakes in the fridge other than fresh dairy cream cakes Sponge, chocolate and carrot cake will keep perfectly fresh for one week after delivery. Fruitcake will last for months, not years.

Sugar Models and Flowers

Handmade sugar models and flowers to accompany your cake can be made at an extra cost. All prices will be quoted individually due to the nature of the work involved.

Cake stand hire

Standard hire cost is £25 for 2 days, plus £100 refundable deposit held against any damages. For more information, pictures and dimensions please contact us.
