Jayanne Scarrott studied in London and qualified in Cake Artistry, Patisserie & Confectionary. She has worked with various Michelin Star Chefs including Michael Caines and Gary Rhodes. Her passion for baking and natural flair for design grew with the many commissions she received from family and friends. However, it was her first "real" wedding cake she made for her sister, that produced overwhelmingly positive feedback and prompted Jayanne to start up Jays Clever Cakes. Her drive and determination has secured a thriving business with an impressive list of clients.

All our cakes are created and made exclusively by Jayanne, allowing her to devote her time and effort to meet your desired requirements. Jayanne is a bit Willy Wonka inspired and customers often ask how many people work within the company, but all her cakes are made by her, from scratch! This ensures all her time and effort will be dedicated to only your cake!

Amongst numerous clients, Jayanne has produced cakes for, The Sultan of Brunei, The Rolling Stones, England Rugby Club, Manchester United Football Club, Arsenal Football Club, Tottenham Football Club and Chelsea Football Club. Jays Clever Cakes have also made cakes for many celebrities such as Brian Turner and Aga Khan.

Her latest cake was for the Mayor of Hounslow and Toyota at Toyota Head Quarters, Burgh Heath Epsom, for their 10th year anniversary. This was a 1 x 1.5 metre cake of their architectural building, including mini cars, trees and water falls.
