Jays Clever Cakes made a bag for my daughters 16th birthday. I had picked a cake from their website, and happen to mention i was buying my daughter a Paul's boutique bag for her birthday. Jay researched the bag i was buying and replicated the bag to utter perfection. ( all without my asking ). And did not charge a penny more. When we presented the cake to my daughter in a restaurant nearly everyone looked and commented, some not even believing it was actually a cake and all edible..

I wanted a cake for my sister's 40th birthday to feed 70 people, and it had to be fresh fruit with fresh cream. I spent ages trying to find somebody who could make this as the only cakes I could find were ones with icing. Anyway Jayne saved the day. The cake was absolutely amazing. It was huge, a big 4 and a zero and it was covered in fresh strawberries, cherries and other exotic things and what was so great about it was that it tasted so fresh and homemade. The vanilla sponge was really light and the compote in the middle lovely. It went in a flash and everybody at the party is still talking about it! I would absolutely order a cake from Jayanne again. It's so hard in the UK to find somebody to make fresh fruit cakes - in Europe it's so much more common. The price was excellent as well!
